Privacy Policy
Fitly (the "App") is developed and operated by Yuhsin Technology (Haikou) Co., Ltd. (御新科技(海口)有限公司, "we", "us" or "our"). We understand how important your personal information is to you, and we make every effort to keep it safe.
Please read this Policy carefully before using the App. In short: we collect only the information necessary to provide the service; the photos you upload are used solely to generate interior design renderings for you and are never used to train AI models; apart from the Umeng analytics SDK used to improve the product (see "About third-party SDKs"), we do not integrate any advertising or user-profiling third-party SDKs; and we never sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We follow the principle of data minimization and collect information only in the following scenarios:

About the device identifier
The device identifier we use is derived from an app-scoped identifier provided by the operating system (IDFV on iOS, ANDROID_ID on Android) processed with an irreversible hash; where unavailable, it is randomly generated. This identifier is used only to recognize your device, support automatic sign-in, and protect security.
We do not collect or use any advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID, OAID, etc.), and we do not track you for advertising purposes.
Information we explicitly do not collect
- Your precise or approximate geographic location;
- Your contacts, call logs, or text messages;
- Photos in your library other than those you actively select (a photo is uploaded only when you actively pick it through the system picker or take it with the camera);
- Your payment account information (card numbers, payment passwords, etc.) — in-app purchases are processed by Apple, and we only receive transaction receipts for verification.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Providing core features: generating interior design renderings from your photos and descriptions, and displaying your history in your gallery;
- Account management: automatically creating and maintaining an account based on your device identifier and associating your usage records with that account;
- Fulfilling transactions: verifying App Store in-app purchases, granting credits and membership benefits, and handling restore requests;
- Security: identifying abnormal requests, preventing fraud and abuse, and troubleshooting service issues;
- Customer service: responding to your feedback and inquiries;
- Legal compliance: complying with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or judicial procedures.
If we need to use your information for purposes not stated in this Policy, we will obtain your separate consent in advance.
3. Our Special Commitment Regarding Your Photos
Your photos belong to you. We solemnly commit that:
- The photos you upload and the renderings generated for you are used solely to provide the generation and display service to you;
- Your photos are never used to train AI models;
- We will not use your photos for promotion or display, nor provide them to any unrelated third party;
- You may manage and delete your generation records within the App at any time; after you request deletion of your account data, your photos and generation records will be deleted as described in Section 4.
4. How We Store Your Information
Storage location
Your information is stored on cloud servers and object storage services we engage, located in Mainland China. We do not transfer your personal information outside of Mainland China.
Retention period
- Your account information and gallery content are retained for as long as your account exists, so that you can review your past designs at any time;
- Generation records you delete in the App are removed from your gallery;
- After you request deletion of your account data and we verify and process the request, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records must be kept for statutory periods under finance and tax regulations);
- Network logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for troubleshooting and security auditing.
Local storage
Sensitive information such as sign-in credentials is stored on your device using the secure storage mechanisms provided by the operating system (iOS Keychain / Android encrypted storage); general information such as app settings is stored in the app sandbox and is removed when you uninstall the App.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. Your information is provided to third parties only in the following necessary circumstances:

The above processors may access the relevant information only to the extent necessary to provide services to us, and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
In addition, we may disclose your information where required: pursuant to laws, regulations, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements; where necessary to protect the material legitimate interests of us or our users (e.g., fraud prevention); or in the event of a merger or acquisition (in which case we will require the successor to remain bound by this Policy, or otherwise seek your consent again).
About third-party SDKs
To analyze how the App is used and improve the product experience, the App integrates the following third-party SDK. It is initialized and begins collecting data only after you first launch the App and agree to this Policy:

Apart from the analytics SDK above, the App does not integrate any advertising SDK, user-profiling SDK, push SDK, or third-party social login SDK. The remaining components used by the App are open-source libraries implementing basic functionality (such as image picking, image compression, and networking); they run locally on your device and do not transmit your personal information to third parties on their own.
6. System Permissions Requested by the App
All of the following permissions are requested only when you first use the corresponding feature, via a system prompt. Declining a permission does not affect other features.

You can turn off these permissions at any time in your device's Settings.
7. Your Rights
- Access and correction: you can view and edit your nickname, avatar and other profile details on the "Me" page;
- Deletion: you can delete your generation records in your gallery;
- Deleting account data: self-service account deletion is not yet available in the App. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may submit a request via the contact details in Section 11, and we will process it after verification. Deleted data cannot be recovered, and any remaining credits and membership benefits will lapse at the same time, so please proceed with caution;
- Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw permission grants (camera, photo library, etc.) in your device's Settings; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out based on your prior consent;
- Explanations and complaints: you can contact us via Section 11 to inquire about or request an explanation of this Policy, or to lodge a complaint about your personal information. We will respond within 15 business days.
8. Protection of Minors
The App is intended for users with full capacity for civil conduct. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please read this Policy with your guardian and use the App only with your guardian's consent. If you are a child under the age of 14, please do not use the App or submit any personal information without your guardian's explicit consent.
If we discover that we have collected a child's personal information without guardian consent, we will endeavor to delete it as soon as possible. Guardians who become aware of such a situation are welcome to contact us via Section 11.
9. Security Measures
- All communication between the client and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS;
- Sign-in credentials are stored using OS-level secure storage (Keychain / encrypted storage);
- Device identifiers are irreversibly hashed, and no cross-app advertising identifiers are used;
- Server-side access follows access control and least-privilege principles — only necessary personnel may access user data, and only to the extent necessary;
- In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will, as required by law, promptly inform you of the basic facts, the possible impact, the measures we have taken, and the remedies available to you.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. The revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes (such as substantive changes to the scope of information collected or the purposes of use), we will notify you prominently, for example via in-app notices. By continuing to use the App after an update, you agree to be bound by the updated Policy; if you disagree, you may stop using the App.
